This January I had the pleasure of attending the Bedfordshire Businesswomen 2016 awards, held at the beautiful Barns Hotel. I was thrilled to be a finalist for Self-Employed Businesswomen of the Year and Businesswomen of the year, sadly I wasn’t successful this year but it was brilliant to spend the afternoon with in a room filled with so many accomplished women and to celebrate each other’s achievements over the past year.
I got the opportunity to catch up with some familiar faces and meet some new ones, it’s a great way to learn about everyone’s different industries and gives you a chance to share stories and inspirations. Congratulations to all the winners, and many thanks to Bedfordshire Businesswomen for hosting such a great event.
