SALES & PRODUCTION Coordinator

Arabel Lebrusan is a small design company of Bespoke and Limited Edition Jewels & Bridal Jewellery that is expanding rapidly and we are looking for a Sales & Production Coordinator to join our team. Our Head Office is based in Bedford (45min by train from London St Pancras) and our studio is 1min away from the train station.
Main duties:
We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and super organised individual to join our team. Most of our jewellery is made to order, so she/or he will follow up on customer requests and will overview the production of our jewellery.
Passionate about luxury, you will be organised, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail when preparing company information and dealing with our products.
A background in jewellery is not necessary, so if you have transferable skills, love jewellery and have a flair for customer service this might be for you.
Salary: £7 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
Part Time / flexible hours (20-24hrs per week or as negotiated)
Responsibilities include:
Customer Service
– Regularly answering customer requests by email and phone and organising meetings with the Design department.
– Preparation & dispatch of orders
– Occasionally meeting clients on site and off site.
Production
– Managing the production of our made to order jewellery, which will involve liaising with different workshops, each doing a part of the process.
– Quality control of our made to order jewellery
– Managing stocks
If you like Jewellery Design, there will be lots of opportunities of getting involved with the design of our jewellery and learning on the job. We will make sure we support you with training.
Person Specification:
You are an enthusiastic person with:
A Flair for customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sound organisational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Work quickly and accurately under pressure
Good IT skills –word, excel, ability to create simple images
